Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped2 tablespoons canola oil2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup water1/4 cup creamy peanut butter1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon chili powder2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons soy sauce1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a small saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the water, peanut butter, sugar and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Remove from the heat; stir in the lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
