Peanut Butter Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened1-1/2 cups peanut butter1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract3/4 cup chopped peanutsApple slices

Preparation

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.

Shape into a ball; roll in peanuts. Wrap in plastic. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with apples.
