Ingredients

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, warmed1 tablespoon honey3 tablespoons fat-free milk1/3 cup old-fashioned oats1/4 cup mashed ripe bananaOptional: Sliced ripe banana and honey

Preparation

In a small container, combine peanut butter, honey, milk, oats and banana until smooth. Seal; refrigerate overnight. If desired, top with sliced bananas and drizzle with honey.
