Ingredients

2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon cornstarch1/2 cup water1 tablespoon lemon juice2 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches1 cup blueberriesTOPPING:1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup sugar1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup 2% milk1/4 cup butter, softened

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°. In a saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes; stir in fruit. Pour into a 2-qt. baking dish.

For topping, in a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and butter. Spread over fruit mixture. Bake until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 45-50 minutes. Serve warm.
