3/4 pound fresh snow peas1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned1/2 small onion, sliced1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon canola oil1 tablespoon butter

In a large skillet, saute the snow peas, red pepper, onion, garlic salt and pepper in oil and butter until vegetables are tender.
