Ingredients

4 cups frozen peas (about 16 ounces), thawed1 cup chopped celery2 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped1/4 cup chopped green onions1 cup cubed cheddar cheese1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes or 1 jar (2 ounces) pimientos, drained1 cup mayonnaise3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon seasoned salt1 teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish and seasonings. Stir into pea mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
