Ingredients

8 small red potatoes8 small white potatoes8 small blue potatoes3 tablespoons canola oil1 garlic clove, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon dried basil1/8 teaspoon pepperSAUCE:6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled2/3 cup sour cream1/3 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup stone-ground mustard1 tablespoon brown sugar2 teaspoons minced fresh chives1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°. Toss together first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a large cast-iron skillet or shallow roasting pan. Roast until tender, 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix sauce ingredients. Serve with potatoes.
