Ingredients
6 cups water1/2 teaspoon salt1 package (16 ounces) frozen brussels sprouts1 cup uncooked spiral pasta1/4 cup butter, melted2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream2 tablespoons grated onion1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add brussels sprouts and pasta. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes or until sprouts and pasta are tender. Drain.
Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
