Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup cornmeal2 tablespoons sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 egg whites1 cup fat-free milk1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce Preparation In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
