Ingredients
3/4 c. JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter (divided)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. quick oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash kosher salt
2 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 c. milk of your choice
4 large eggs
1 loaf brioche bread (about 1 lb.) cut into cubes
2 bananas, cut into 1/2" pieces
Preparation
Step 1Put ¼ cup JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Step 2Stir together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter with butter, and salt to make a crumble and set aside. Place the remainder of the almond butter into a large bowl with the honey, slowly whisk in the milk a little at a time to thin out the almond butter, then whisk in the eggs.Step 3Place the bread cubes into a greased casserole dish, then add the bananas, and pour the egg mixture over the top. Finish by spreading the crumble over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Step 4Preheat oven to 350°, then bake for 40 minutes.
