5 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)3 tablespoons orange juice2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon paprika1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°. Place salmon in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; drizzle with orange and lemon juices.
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fillets. Bake 13-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
