6 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons vinegar2 teaspoons brown sugar1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon paprika3/4 cup ketchup1/3 cup hot water
Preparation
Place chops, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.
