Ingredients
3/4 cup orange marmalade6 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 cup canola oil
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. Gradually whisk in oil until blended. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Whisk again just before serving.
