Ingredients

1-1/2 cups sugar3 tablespoons canola oil2 large eggs, room temperature3 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1-1/4 cups)3/4 cup orange juice3 cups all-purpose flour1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°. In a bowl, combine the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well. Stir in bananas and orange juice. Combine the dry ingredients; add to banana mixture, beating just until moistened. Stir in walnuts. Pour into 2 greased 8x4-in. loaf pans.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to a wire rack to cool completely.
