Ingredients
1/3 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup sugar1/2 large sweet onion, cut into wedges1 teaspoon ground mustard1 cup canola oil1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Preparation
In a blender, combine the vinegar, sugar, onion and mustard. Cover and process until blended. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Stir in poppy seeds. Refrigerate until serving.
