Ingredients
3/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons prepared mustard1 tablespoon canola oil2 garlic cloves, minced1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 pounds)
Preparation
In a shallow dish, combine the first 6 ingredients; add steak and turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. On a lightly oiled grill rack, grill steak, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
