Ingredients
2 cups shredded cabbage2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet red pepper2 tablespoons finely chopped onion1/4 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon white wine vinegar1 tablespoon evaporated milk1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon dill weed1/8 teaspoon paprikaDash pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the cabbage, peppers and onion. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt, dill, paprika and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
