Ingredients
1 bunch kale, washed2 tablespoons olive oil1 to 3 teaspoons Old Bay SeasoningSea salt, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°. Remove tough stems from kale and tear leaves into large pieces. Place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Arrange leaves in a single layer on greased baking sheets.
Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes and then rotate pans. Continue baking until crisp and just starting to brown, about 15 minutes longer. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
