Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar2 eggs1/3 cup molasses1 teaspoon vanilla extract4 cups quick-cooking oats2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 cup butterscotch chips1 package (5 ounces) dried cranberries

Preparation

In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in molasses and vanilla. Combine the oats, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in walnuts, chips and cranberries.

Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
