Ingredients

1 package (1 pound) egg noodles1/2 cup butter, melted8 large eggs2 cups sugar2 cups sour cream2 cups 4% cottage cheeseTOPPING:3/4 cup cinnamon graham cracker crumbs (about 4 whole crackers)3 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss with butter; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, sour cream and cottage cheese until well blended. Stir in noodles.

Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° until a thermometer reads 160°, 50-55 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or cold.
