Ingredients
2 cups eggnog1 cup heavy whipping cream1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup spiced rum1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Transfer to freezer containers, allowing headspace for expansion. Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight.
