Ingredients

2 c. fresh strawberries

c. boiling water

1 package Jell-O® Strawberry Flavor Geletin

ice cubes

1/2 c. cold water

1 tub Cool Whip® Lite Whipped Topping

1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust

Preparation

Step 1Slice 1 cup strawberries; refrigerate for later use. Chop remaining berries; set side. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.Step 2Whisk in Cool Whip®. Stir in chopped berries. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.Step 3Refrigerate 6 hours or until firm.
