Ingredients

4 cups chopped napa or Chinese cabbage1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut into thirds1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper1 green onion, chopped1/4 cup reduced-fat sesame ginger salad dressing1/2 cup chow mein noodles

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
