Ingredients

1-1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped1/2 cup chopped green onions1/2 cup chopped pitted green olives1/2 cup chopped ripe olives1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 teaspoon curry powder2 French bread baguettes (10-1/2 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch slicesJulienned green onions, optional

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cut each baguette into 24 slices; place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.

Top toasted baguette slices with cheese mixture. Bake until cheese is melted, 4-5 minutes. If desired, top with julienned green onions.
