Ingredients
1 cup water (70° to 80°)2 tablespoons canola oil2 egg yolks1/4 cup molasses1 teaspoon salt1-1/2 cups bread flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup rye flour1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder1/4 cup quick-cooking oats1/4 cup toasted wheat germ1/4 cup cornmeal2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available.
Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons water or flour if needed).
