Ingredients
1 carton (32 ounces) chicken broth1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes2 cups cubed cooked chicken1 large tart apple, peeled and chopped1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup chopped carrot1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley2 teaspoons lemon juice1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon curry powder1/2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon pepper2 whole cloves
Preparation
In a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Discard cloves.
