Ingredients
6 thin slices prosciutto or deli ham, chopped1 package (5 ounces) spring mix salad greens1-1/2 cups watercress1 carton (8 ounces) fresh mozzarella cheese pearls1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries1/4 cup dark chocolate chips1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1-1/2 teaspoons honey1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a small skillet, cook prosciutto over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon; drain and set aside.
Divide salad greens and watercress among six salad plates. Arrange cheese, strawberries and prosciutto over greens.
In a microwave, melt chocolate; stir until smooth. Whisk in the vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper. Drizzle over salads.
