1/3 cup mayonnaise1/4 teaspoon ground mustard1/4 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon saltDash pepper1 cup diced cooked salad potatoes1 cup frozen peas, thawed1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles1 hard-boiled large egg, chopped1 cup shredded lettuce
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Gently stir in the potatoes, peas, pickles and egg. Chill. Serve over lettuce.
