Ingredients

2 pounds red potatoes, cubed2 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 celery rib, chopped1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/4 cup reduced-fat plain yogurt2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon dried basil1/4 teaspoon dried oreganoDash garlic powderDash ground mustard

Preparation

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool.

Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add the eggs, onion and celery. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
