Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped9 cups cooked wide egg noodles1 pound process cheese (Velveeta)1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained1 can (11-1/2 ounces) condensed chicken with rice soup, undiluted1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1/2 cup milk1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a Dutch oven, cook beef, green pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Transfer to two greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dishes. Cover and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly.
