Ingredients
1-1/2 cups shredded cabbage2 tablespoons shredded carrot1 tablespoon chopped sweet red pepper1 tablespoon chopped green pepper2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon reduced-fat sour cream1-1/2 teaspoons reduced-fat mayonnaise1 teaspoon red wine vinegar1/2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and peppers. In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Chill until serving.
