Ingredients

3/4 cup water1/4 cup lemon juice2 tablespoons dried minced onion1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 garlic cloves, minced1 teaspoon dill seed1/2 teaspoon salt, optional1/2 teaspoon curry powder1/2 teaspoon pepper1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 3-1/2 pounds), cut up

Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over low heat for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times.
