Ingredients
3 cups uncooked egg noodles1 pound ground beef1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1-1/2 cups water2 envelopes brown gravy mix2 cups sour cream
Preparation
Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in water and gravy mixes. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream. Drain noodles. Serve with meat mixture.
