Ingredients

1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1 tablespoon red wine vinegar2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon pepper6 cups torn romaine1/2 cup fat-free salad croutons2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together the first seven ingredients. In a salad bowl, combine the romaine, croutons and cheese. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
