Ingredients
2 medium acorn squash1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons butter4 teaspoons honey1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Cut squash in half; discard seeds. Place squash cut side down in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high until tender, 10-12 minutes.
Turn squash cut side up. Fill centers of squash with brown sugar, butter and honey; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover, microwave on high until heated through, 2-3 minutes more.
