Ingredients
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips1/4 cup whipped cream cheese1/4 cup sugar1 tablespoon butter10 slices white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes15 miniature peanut butter cups, quartered Creamy peanut butter, melted, optional
Preparation
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine cream, chocolate chips, cream cheese, sugar and butter. Cover and microwave on high until chips are melted, 2-3 minutes; stir until smooth. Add bread cubes; toss to coat.
Place half the bread mixture in a greased 8-in. square microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups; top with remaining bread mixture. Microwave, uncovered, on high until peanut butter cups are melted, about 1-1/2 minutes. Serve warm and if desired, drizzle with peanut butter.
