Ingredients
1 large tart apple, peeled and thinly sliced2 tablespoons butter1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg2 teaspoons cornstarch2/3 cup cranberry-apple juice1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage3/4 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained3/4 pound pork sausage links, cooked and sliced1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
Preparation
In a large skillet, saute apple slices in butter; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
Combine cornstarch and juice until smooth; stir into apple mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add sausage and ham; heat through.
