Ingredients
3/4 cup canola oil1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce1/4 cup white vinegar2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon prepared mustard1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes1 garlic clove, minced6 bone-in pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 8 ounces each)
Preparation
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
Drain pork, discarding marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat, for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.
