Ingredients
2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard2 tablespoons maple syrup1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1-1/2 pounds)
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
Grill chicken on an oiled rack, covered, over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°. Brush frequently with mustard mixture during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
