Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon maple flavoring1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt3 cups quick-cooking oats1 cup raisins
Preparation
In a bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in maple flavoring. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
