Ingredients
3 medium pears, peeled and cubed1/4 cup sliced almonds2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ2 tablespoons maple syrup1 tablespoon butter, melted1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractTOPPING:1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt4-1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until pears are tender.
In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Serve with warm pears.
