Ingredients
2 tablespoons cornmeal1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust5 tablespoons maple syrup, divided1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil3 large eggs, lightly beaten1 medium tart apple, thinly sliced1 tablespoon lemon juice1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 fully cooked apple chicken sausage links, thinly sliced (about 9 ounces)1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 15x10x1-in. baking pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. Unroll and press dough onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of prepared pan. Brush dough with 2 tablespoons maple syrup. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
In a small nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. Spoon onto crust.
Toss apple slices with lemon juice. Top pizza with apple, cheese, sausage and cranberries. Bake 5-7 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with remaining syrup.
