1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (11 ounces) Mexicorn, drained1 medium mango, peeled and cubed1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro2 tablespoons lime juice1 teaspoon garlic salt1/4 teaspoon ground cuminBaked tortilla chip scoops
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chips. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips.
