Ingredients
5 plum tomatoes, chopped1 large sweet onion, chopped2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro2 tablespoons lime juice1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon minced garlic1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drainedTortilla chips
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Gently stir in mandarin oranges. Chill until serving. Drain before serving if necessary. Serve with tortilla chips.
