Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup sugar4 teaspoons cider vinegar4 cups fresh broccoli florets1 small red onion, halved and sliced1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation

Whisk mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; set aside. In a salad bowl, combine broccoli, onion, raisins and pecans. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Gently stir in oranges. Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours before serving.
