Lucky Charms Yogurt Parfait Cups Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Lucky Charms Cereal

4 tubes Strawberry Go-Gurt

3 containers Strawberry Yoplait Yogurt

3/4 c. Lucky Charms Cereal

1/3 c. strawberry jam

Preparation

Step 1 Add Lucky Charms cereal to a resealable plastic bag. Remove a handful of the marshmallows and set aside in a bowl. Seal bag and using a rolling pin (or a jar), crush cereal to make crumbs.Step 2 In the bottom of two small parfait cups place a layer of cereal crumbs, then add a layer of  Go-Gurt. Repeat once.Step 3 Garnish tops with more Lucky Charms and finish with  marshmallows.

Step 1Stir yogurt and carefully spoon a small amount into the bottom of each popsicle mold. To each mold, add a layer of jam and a small amount of Lucky Charms Cereal. Use a popsicle stick or spoon to lightly push down the cereal to remove gaps. Repeat once. Step 2To finish, fill the rest of each mold with yogurt and pack more cereal on top. Add popsicle sticks. Step 3Freeze until solid, about 6 hours. Step 4Run molds under hot water to release popsicles.
