1 can (16 ounces) fat-free refried beans2 cups reduced-fat sour cream1 envelope taco seasoning1 plum tomato, chopped1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend3 green onions, sliced1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, drainedBaked tortilla chip scoops

Preparation

Spread refried beans into a 9-in. pie plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; spread over beans. Top with tomato, cheese, onions and olives. Serve with chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
